How to order replacement filters through the AquaTru App

You can use the AquaTru App to quickly find and order the correct replacement filters for your AquaTru Smart unit.

Please note that replacement filters are purchased on the AquaTru website. The app will redirect you to the correct product page to complete your order.

Step by step instructions

1. Open the AquaTru App on your phone
2. Select your AquaTru Smart unit
3. Tap the filter status or filter life section
4. Select “Order A New Filter “

5. You will be redirected to the AquaTru website within the app

6. Select the correct replacement filter for your unit
7. Complete checkout process
    

Once your order is complete, your replacement filters will be shipped to the address entered during checkout.

Helpful tips

• Make sure you are logged into the correct AquaTru account before ordering
• Ensure that you selected the correct filter for your specific unit
• Reset your filter life (on the unit or in the app) after installing new filters
• Alternatively, you can click on the “Shop” button in the bottom menu on your app dashboard to enter the AquaTru website within the app.
