How to reset filter life in the AquaTru App

You should reset filter life in the app when you replace a filter so your unit can accurately track filter life.

Step by step instructions

1. Open the AquaTru App
2. Select your AquaTru Smart unit
3. Tap on the filter that was replaced

4. Tap on “Reset Filter Life to 100%” or “I installed a new filter”

5. A request to reset the filter life will be sent. Please wait for 3 hours for filter life to update.

Repeat this process for each filter you replace.
