How to create an AquaTru App account

You must create an AquaTru App account before connecting a smart unit.

Step by step instructions

1. Download the AquaTru Water Purifier App from the App Store or Google Play
2. Open the app

3. Tap “Create an Account”

(This is a separate account from your aquatruwater.com account if you have one) 

4. Enter your name and email address

5. Create a password and enter your location details. Accept the terms and privacy policy.

6. You will then receive a One Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS on the phone number you entered in the previous step. Enter the OTP. Tap Proceed to finish setup.

7. Your screen should look like this once your account is successfully created.

Once your account is created, you can begin onboarding your AquaTru Smart unit.
