It seems like the filter installation might not be fully completed. Here’s a quick checklist to ensure everything is in order:
- New Unit: If your AquaTru Carafe is brand new, please ensure that the blue rubber caps are removed before installing the filters.
- Ensure Proper Installation: Make sure the filters are pushed all the way in.
- Align Labels: Ensure the label at the back matches the one above the manifold.
- Check the Locks: Confirm that once the filters are all the way in, the filter lock is pushed down and makes a click sound.
