Water in clean water tank handle

When the tap water tank is inserted onto the base, the unit will shut off or there is a click sound and the unit turns off. Without the tap tank, the blue light is on the control panel. 

Have you recently washed the clean water tank?

If yes, 

1. Clean out the handle by placing the clean water tank in the sink and letting cold water fill the tank and overflow for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the tank, empty it out, and shake it vigorously for a couple of minutes holding the tank upside down.
3. Dry the outside of the clean tank and place it on the base. If this did not help, remove the tank and the lid. Let it stand and dry overnight on the kitchen counter before reinstalling.

If you did not wash the clean water tank recently,

2. Empty the clean water tank and shake it vigorously for a couple of minutes holding the tank upside down.

4. If this did not help, remove the tank and the lid. Let it stand and dry overnight on the kitchen counter before reinstalling.
