Here is a short Wi-Fi onboarding link to view that may cover your questions and how-tos:
What do the Wi-Fi Symbols on the control panel mean?
Slow blink (about 3 seconds for on and off cycle) | Wi-Fi chip is rebooting |
Fast blink (about 1 second for on/off cycle) | Wi-Fi is in discovery mode |
Wi-Fi light is Solid on | Wi-Fi is connected |
After a while of inactivity, the Wi-Fi symbol will turn off to save energy on the control panel. Sometimes after a Wi-Fi interruption or if the AquaTru hasn’t been used for a while, you might need to power off the unit and turn it back on to reconnect to the Wi-Fi.
If the app doesn't update when AquaTru Connect is filtering water, try these steps:
- Check the Connection: Make sure the unit is connected to the cloud.
- Home Screen: Ensure you see the “Home” purifier screen on the app.
- Water Usage: See if the app has recorded any water usage. If the app has never worked, remove the purifier from the settings menu and try reinstalling it by placing the unit back in discovery mode.
If the app has worked before and you see usage data:
- Multiple Users: Check if someone else is trying to connect their phone with a new unique account to the AquaTru Connect. Everyone needs to be on the same account. Guide them on how to reconnect the unit.
Can I run the app on multiple phones? Yes, you can use the same login information on multiple mobile phones. Just share your login information with the other person so they can access your purifier's data on another mobile phone.
The app was working, but now it's not.
- Have you used a second phone?
- Make sure to fully close out of the app and then reopen it.
